To attend regular meetings of the Executive, the Annual General Meeting, and Special General Meetings
To record and distribute minutes of all regular meetings of the Executive, Management Committee, Annual General Meeting, and Special General Meetings as per Club ByLaws.
To record votes on all motions.
To prepare and send correspondence on matters agreed to by the Executive.
To receive all nominations for Executive positions prior to a Special and/or Annual General Meeting.
To ensure PCSPMSA is in Good Standing and up-to-date with its Governing Body (NLSA), Canada Soccer Licensing program, Government of NL, Registry of Companies and so on.
To oversee & maintain organization of PCSPMSA Board & members Documents/Files and ensure up-to-date - Systems include Ramp & Google Suite Workplace
To ensure Club website information & documents are up-to-date.
To advise the Executive on all matters related to e-communications, website, and social media.
To review ByLaws & policies yearly and make recommendations to the Executive.
To prepare an Annual Report to be presented at the AGM and made available to the membership seven days prior to the AGM through our website.
