Congratulations!!

PCSPMSA's AGM was held on November 14th, 2023 where an election of executive was held. Nominee, Nicole Bailey, was voted in as Secretary by members in attendance. We would like to extend congratulations and welcome Nicole to the board!

We are still looking to fulfill the Sponsorship/Fundraiser Director role. If you are interested, please e-mail office@pcspminorsoccer.ca expressing your interest with a brief bio along with any qualifications/experience. 

Roles & Responsiblities for the Sponsorship/Fundraiser Director:

• To sit as a member on the Policy Committee.
• To sit as a member of the Finance Committee.
• To attend regular meetings of the Executive, the Annual General Meeting, and Special General Meetings 
• To coordinate and lead in the development of a marketing plan for the PCSPMSA with the assistance of the President and Treasurer.
• To identify PCSPMSA marketing, fundraising, and sponsorship opportunities, activities, and goals.
• To organize all logistical matters including time, locations, and volunteers related to all marketing, fundraising, and sponsorship events held by the PCSPMSA.
• To annually review and communicate financial, fundraising and sponsorship policies with all Metro and PYL Team Managers.
• To advise the Executive on all matters related to PCSPMSA marketing, fundraising, and sponsorship.
• To prepare an Annual Report to be presented at the AGM and made available to the membership seven days prior to the AGM through our website.
